Find out where we deliver to, how long it takes and how much it costs.

We deliver to all quarantine hotels, residential and business addresses, throughout Australia, seven days a week.

What are the delivery options for Sydney?

We deliver by hand, so our packages are delivered much faster than most other gift hampers.

The options, which you can choose at checkout, are:

Delivery within 4 hours – valid for orders between 8am and 4pm (AEST)

Same Day Delivery – it will be delivered on the same day if you order before 1pm (AEST).

Next Day Delivery – it will be delivered the next day. If you order early, we might be able to deliver the same day, but it’s not guaranteed.

Regular AusPost – Delivery delays may be experienced. Deliveries continue, but COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact right now. Takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Express AusPost – This remains AusPost’s fastest service, but their next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal. Takes approximately 2-3 business days.

What are the delivery options for Adelaide?
Delivery by hand within 48 hours – We will endeavor to deliver earlier and will give you an approximate eta once you have ordered/enquired.

Regular AusPost – Delivery delays may be experienced. Deliveries continue, but COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact right now. Takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Express AusPost – This remains AusPost’s fastest service, but their next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal. Takes approximately 2-3 business days.

What are the delivery options for Perth?
Delivery by hand within 48 hours – We will endeavor to deliver earlier and will give you an approximate eta once you have ordered/enquired.

Regular AusPost – Delivery delays may be experienced. Deliveries continue, but COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact right now. Takes approximately 6-9 business days.

Express AusPost – This remains AusPost’s fastest service, but their next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal. Takes approximately 2-5 business days.

Do you physically deliver the package to the recipient?

If you choose Delivery by Hand and the order is for someone at a residential address, we can physically hand them the care package.

However, if they are considered a ‘close contact’, waiting for Covid test results or have tested positive to Covid, we shall ring their doorbell and leave the care package in a safe place. We will also send them a text to let them know it’s there.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

For home deliveries, if the recipient is not at home upon delivery, we will leave the care package in a sheltered place if it is safe to do so and there are no perishable items.

If safe delivery cannot be made then an alternate delivery may need to be arranged and charged appropriately.

To avoid these issues, please include the recipient’s phone number at checkout, which will only be used if there are any delivery issues. 

Bulk Orders

If you would like to order in bulk, for example to your employees in lockdown, please contact us for a delivery quote.

EVENINGS, WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We understand that people arrive at hotel quarantine at all times. We will try to respond to out-of-hours enquiries as quickly as we can. Booking in advance is highly recommended for out-of-hours deliveries.
