Do you only deliver to those in hotel quarantine?

No. We also deliver care packages to those in self-isolation and lockdown, as well as those housebound or who are feeling flat.

Why should I order through Quarantine Care?

Two main reasons:

  1. You can customise our packages or even start from scratch.
  2. Unlike other gift hamper companies, we deliver by hand (not Australia Post).
  3. We deliver on the same or next day.
Which cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. However, we are hoping to add more cities soon. Watch this space!

We cannot deliver to Howard Springs, unfortunately, as they do not accept care packages.

Can I send you my personalised shopping list?

Absolutely! You can start from scratch or add items to existing packages. Simply email or text us with your requirements and we’ll reply with a revised quote.

How should I let you know my preferences?

Email or text us with your preferences (e.g., flavours for teabags, milk, alcohol etc). We’ll do our best to supply them. If we can’t, we’ll substitute them for something similar.

Can I order alcohol?

Yes, if you and the recipient are aged 18 or over. Please ensure you and the recipient 18 years or over if you order the Grocery Pack with Alcohol or Espresso Martini Cocktail Kit.

It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol for, anyone under 18 years of age (NSW Liquor Act 2007). Quarantine Care encourages the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. 

How much do your care packages cost?

Our set care packages start at $65.

What are the delivery options?

Delivery within 4 hours – valid for orders between 8am and 4pm (AEST)

Same Day Delivery – it will be delivered on the same day if you order before 1pm (AEST).

Next Day Delivery – it will be delivered the next day. If you order early, we might be able to deliver the same day, but it’s not guaranteed.

If you would like to order in bulk, for example to your employees in lockdown, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Where should I enter my hotel quarantine delivery details?

If you (or the lucky recipient) are already in hotel quarantine, please include the hotel details, recipient’s name and room number on the PayPal order.

If you’re ordering in advance, and haven’t arrived yet, please let us know soon after you get to your hotel, especially if you’d like same-day delivery!

What currency are the packages priced in?

Australian $ (AUD). You can convert here.

Can I order a surprise gift package for a loved one?

Yes, of course! All we need is their name and the hotel they are staying at. We don’t need their room number if you don’t have it, and don’t want to give the game away.

What is Quarantine Care's refund policy if the recipient's flight is cancelled or delayed?

If you let us know at least 24 hours before the flight is due to land, we will offer a full refund. If you give us less than 24 hours’ notice, we shall give you the full amount in credit.

What is Quarantine Care's Covid-19 Safety Policy?

The last thing you want, after travelling so far and going through so much, is to be put at risk from a care package you order from us.

Our Covid-19 Safety Plan is:

  • We will wear a mask whilst purchasing and delivering all items
  • If we do not do the delivery ourselves, we shall ensure that the delivery driver wears a mask
  • We shall use hand sanitiser and wash our hands frequently
  • We shall socially distance ourselves from others, in particular when shopping for care packages
  • We shall get tested if we show even mild symptoms
  • We shall check the list of ‘hotspots’ frequently to check we have not been to any of them, and follow NSW Health recommendations if we have
  • Our CEO, Layla Roberts, has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Do you physically deliver the package to the recipient?

For quarantine hotel orders, we are not allowed in. Therefore we will drop the care package off at the hotel reception with someone who will deliver it to your room.

If the order is for someone at a residential address, we can physically hand them the care package. However, if they are considered a close contact, waiting for Covid test results or have tested positive to Covid, we shall ring their doorbell and leave the care package in a safe place. We will also send them a text to let them know it is there.

How do I know when the recipient has received their care package?

We shall send you a message to let you know once it has been delivered.

We understand that people arrive at hotel quarantine at all times. We will try to respond to out-of-hours enquiries as quickly as we can. Booking in advance is highly recommended for out-of-hours deliveries.
